Updated Night Time Skin Routine

My night time skin routine is not a procedure I incorporate on a nightly basis. Yes, I still have a problem following up my routine, like I mentioned in my previous Nightly Skin Routine. In today’s I am sharing with you my updated night time skin routine.  Here’s what I do to get a simply and easy one:

Step 1 –  St.Ives Blemish Control Face Scrub or Blackhead Clearing Green Tea Scrub

I apply either scrubs unto a clean face and massage into a circular motion.  Note that you could wait few minutes or wash it off immediately. I then use my facial cleansing power brush to help me remove the scrub even better.

Step 2-  Shea Moisture Acne Prone & Trouble Skin African Black Soap with Shea Butter

  • It lasts long.
  • Made with natural ingredients.
  • The scent is not too sweet.
  • Doesn’t dry out your face.

After washing off my scrub I use this soap to basically finish up where I left and then gently dry my face a towel.

Step 3-  Aveeno Active Naturals ( daily moisturizing lotion)

I continue by rubbing a small amount of this product. That way my face will feel smooth and not so dry.

What does your night time routine consist of? Are you familiar with any of the products I use? What is your favorite product to use during your night time routine? Comment below, I want to read what you have to say.

  1. I really liked using St Ives green tea scrub and the apricot one too. I stopped using it, can’t remember why tho… I’ve been using clean and clear (Morning burst) off and on for years and I’m back using that now. It actually keeps my skin clear and it’s brightness it as well.
I tried African black soap and it was a horrible experience lol. Made my skin SO DRY. I can’t really use any moisturizers on my face because I have oily and sensitive skin. I’ve I do it’s literally a drop.

    But good post! 💫

  2. I still haven’t got the African black soap but it’s still in my wish list. As for me I use tea tree facial wash from the body shop and it’s toner. Then I use derma e vitamin c concentrated serum and derma e radiant glow face oil. I still haven’t found a nice moisturizer but I think I will start using derma e vitamin c renewing moisturizer.
